Privacy Notice

This notice covers enquiries on the Levisions website, the client space, agreements, payments and optional website measurement. It explains the information used for these activities and how to contact us about your data.

Enquiries & website demos

The contact form requires an email address and telephone number; it cannot be submitted without them. You may also add an optional message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your selected package; your message also appears in the confirmation email. When you submit, we save your details, notify the studio and email a confirmation to the address you provide. We also keep delivery records to check whether the messages were sent. Making an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

You can separately request a free demo of your full website by providing a description of your idea of at least 30 words. You may also include a link to your own website or one you like. We use the description and link to understand your idea and prepare the demo you request. The quick contact option does not submit the contents of the demo fields. We also keep your selected package, pricing option and the price shown at submission for our discussion. Unsubmitted form answers reset when you reload. We do not send your message, description, website link or contact details to analytics providers.

Client space

Sign-in and account information let us provide access to your assigned website, agreements and payment information. We use essential cookies for sign-in. The client space has no visit or advertising tracking; Vercel Speed Insights measures the main client dashboard’s performance only with analytics consent. Sign-in and security pages are excluded from that measurement too.

Service agreements

You can read and accept agreements in the client space or through the private link sent by email. We keep the exact terms, party details, email address associated with acceptance, time and declarations, and account or name information where recorded by the relevant acceptance process. We also keep any withdrawal declaration and its receipt time. We email the agreement and acceptance or withdrawal confirmations, so those messages and attachments may contain contractual and personal information. Customers with portal access can also find their accepted agreement in the client space.

Payments & subscriptions

We keep fees, due dates, service periods, payment references and receipts to manage your account, including subscription status, refunds and disputed transactions. Payment-request emails contain the fee title, amount, reference and client-space link, without your billing address or tax number. Stripe may also send its own payment and subscription notifications.

Card payments take place on a page hosted by Stripe. We provide Stripe with your billing name and address, email, fee and subscription details, and a customer reference to associate payments with you. You enter your full card number and CVC directly with Stripe; Levisions does not receive or store them. You can open Stripe’s customer portal to manage your payment method and subscription. Invoicing

We use your billing name, country, postal code, city, address and any tax number for invoicing. You and the studio’s authorized administrator can manage these details. Számlázz.hu, operated by KBOSS.hu Kft., receives billing and service information, dates, amounts and tax details to issue invoices and handle NAV Online Számla reporting. We record your acceptance of electronic invoicing and the associated email address, and send the original invoice PDF there as an attachment. Analytics & advertising measurement

Optional measurement starts only when the service is enabled and you give the corresponding consent. Analytics and advertising are separate choices. Your preference is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time through Cookie preferences. Withdrawal stops further measurement and removes local campaign data; it does not delete information already sent to providers.

Google Analytics measures public page use, contact clicks, enquiry form openings and saved enquiries, and submission error categories. We use a campaign link’s source, medium and campaign details in the current browser tab for up to 30 minutes to associate a later enquiry with that campaign. We do not create our own visitor identifier for this or save campaign details with your enquiry. We do not send names, contact details, descriptions, submitted website links or payment events. Google advertising personalization is disabled.

With separate advertising consent, Meta Pixel reports public page views and saved enquiries to Meta. Meta receives browser and ad-click information and the public page address, including valid campaign details and any selected package and pricing option. We do not send form contents, contact details or payment events, or use automatic event detection or advanced matching.

Vercel Web Analytics aggregates public page views and successful enquiries, excluding client, administration and sign-in pages. Vercel Speed Insights measures loading and responsiveness of public pages and the main client dashboard. Vercel may receive page addresses, browser, device, country and referrer information, and network and performance information for performance measurement. We do not send form text, submitted website links or client information, or set a separate Vercel measurement cookie or persistent browser identifier.

Services that help process information

Supabase provides sign-in and stores enquiry, account, agreement, payment and invoice records. We send service emails through Resend, including agreements and invoice PDFs, so Resend also processes information in those messages and attachments. Vercel hosts the website. Stripe, Számlázz.hu and measurement services receive information for the activities described above. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area; their notices provide further information.

Your rights & complaints

You can request access to your information, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. Data portability and objection rights also apply where their conditions are met. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing. Some information may still need to be retained for legal obligations or legal claims.

Send your request to info@levisions.com. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. If the complexity or number of requests requires more time, we explain the reason within that first month and may extend the period by up to two further months.

You can complain to Hungary’s National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or the competent supervisory authority where you habitually live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
